Order of Work is an AI implementation service for businesses based in Ontario, Canada. We offer structured programs ranging from $20 workshops to full 10-month AI adoption programs. Our methodology is built on the Control Zones framework - a system that categorizes every task in a business into Green Zone (AI performs), Yellow Zone (human leads, AI assists), or Red Zone (humans only).

Founded in 2026 by AMTEX Digital, a company with 30+ years in digital products. Our philosophy is rooted in Henry Gantt's 1919 principles from "Organizing for Work" - analyze each task, then assign it to whoever (or whatever) performs it best.

## Control Zones Framework

Every workflow in a business falls into one of three zones:

- **Green Zone - AI Performs**: Routine, rule-based tasks with clear inputs and outputs. AI handles these autonomously. Examples: first drafts, data entry, scheduling, report generation, follow-up emails.
- **Yellow Zone - Human Leads, AI Assists**: Tasks requiring judgment where AI accelerates the work. Examples: editing, analysis, personalization, creative work, strategy refinement.
- **Red Zone - Humans Only**: High-stakes decisions, relationship-building, and sensitive work. AI never touches these. Examples: client relationships, hiring, negotiations, confidential decisions.
