BookMoreCleans.com Pilot Project — Terms & Conditions
01.Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") are an agreement between Order of Work Corp. of Kingston, Ontario ("Order of Work", "we", "us") and the company that enrols in the BookMoreCleans.com Pilot Project (the "program") ("you", "your company"). By completing payment or using the program, you accept these Terms on behalf of your company and confirm that you have the authority to do so. This agreement — including the Clean Sweep Guarantee in Section 6 — is entered into and signed by Order of Work Corp. alone on the provider side. After enrolment, pilot members receive a plain-English Member Agreement to sign; once signed, that agreement governs for pilot members.
BookMoreCleans.com is a product of Order of Work Corp. only. It is built, owned, and operated solely by Order of Work Corp. The program is promoted in partnership with ISSA Canada, but ISSA Canada does not own, build, or operate BookMoreCleans.com and is not a party to these Terms. ISSA Canada has no obligation or liability under these Terms or the Clean Sweep Guarantee, including any obligation or liability to deliver leads, sales, or results. All program obligations are owed by Order of Work Corp. alone.
02.The program
The Pilot Project gives your cleaning company access to a custom AI assistant built for your company, working within your cleaning business territory to grow your sales, together with the supporting services included in your plan: competitive and market research; estimate preparation; weekly lead generation; sales assistance; follow-up drafting, where your assistant prepares the messages for you to send — and when — based on the estimates you've sent; a hosted lead-converting landing page with built-in chat support, with owner/operator notes delivered during business hours covering after-hours engagements; reviews and directory placement; and access to the problem-and-solution database.
The program is offered to Canadian cleaning companies; having at least 2 employees is ideal, but not mandatory. Enrolment is limited, and acceptance into the pilot is at the discretion of Order of Work. We do not intentionally provide the same opportunity to multiple pilot members in the same service area. Your assistant's aim is to deliver $5,000 CAD in new signed cleaning business — one-off cleans or recurring cleans — for your company. That aim is guaranteed only for the pilot period, as set out in the Clean Sweep Guarantee in Section 6. Beyond that, lead volume and results vary by territory and market conditions and are a target, not a promise.
03.Program schedule
The pilot runs on a fixed schedule:
- Friday, August 14, 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time — pilot sign-up closes. Enrolment is limited, and acceptance into the pilot is at the discretion of Order of Work.
- Monday, August 17, 2026 — one-on-one onboarding sessions begin. Your session covers your service territory for lead generation, your services and quoting process, communicating with your AI assistant and tracking progress, and how to reach 24/7 support during the pilot.
- Monday, August 31, 2026 — AI assistants and cleaning companies begin working together.
- Monday, September 28, 2026 — the pilot ends. The Clean Sweep Guarantee kicks in if applicable.
The pilot period — and your Clean Sweep Guarantee window — is the four weeks your assistant works: August 31 to September 28, 2026. Start dates for companies joining after the pilot are confirmed at enrolment.
04.Fees, billing, and your subscription
- The pilot entrance fee is $975 CAD, plus applicable taxes. It covers the build of your custom AI assistant, your onboarding, and the pilot period (August 31 to September 28, 2026). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- All payments are final. We do not offer refunds on any fees paid, in whole or in part, for any reason.
- When the pilot ends, you choose. If you reached $5,000 CAD in new signed sales, you can continue as a pilot member at $975 CAD per month, plus applicable taxes, billed monthly — or simply stop. If you did not reach it and you followed the Growth Success Protocol, you can activate the Clean Sweep Guarantee instead (Section 6) and we keep working with you at no cost. No commitment is required past the pilot and there is no contract: continuing is your choice, access is month to month, and you can cancel at any time (Section 11).
- Pilot rate. Program fees will increase for companies that come onboard after the pilot. As a pilot company, you keep the $975 CAD monthly rate for as long as your subscription remains continuously active and in good standing. If your subscription is cancelled or lapses, re-enrolment (if available) is at then-current pricing.
- Nothing renews automatically when the pilot ends. Continuing on the monthly plan is an active opt-in. Once you have opted in, your monthly subscription renews each month until cancelled.
- An active subscription is required at all times to access your AI assistant, your leads, and program materials, except during an approved billing pause under the Clean Sweep Guarantee in Section 6. If a payment fails or your subscription lapses or is cancelled, access is suspended and may be terminated.
- We may set and change pricing for companies joining after the pilot with at least 30 days' notice. Pricing changes never affect an active pilot company's rate.
05.Access, not ownership
Your subscription gives you access to your AI assistant. It does not make you the owner of it.
- Order of Work Corp. owns the AI assistant and everything behind it, including the software, models, prompts, configurations, workflows, and any improvements made during the program.
- Runs independently. Your assistant operates on Order of Work's own infrastructure. We do not connect it to, or integrate it with, your business systems, software, or accounts. Any verification under Section 6.5 is a manual review of records you provide or show us — nothing is plugged into your systems.
- How you communicate with your assistant. Your primary channel is a messenger app such as Telegram, which you are required to download on your device. You can invite others you wish to interact with your assistant to the group in the app. Alternatives may include a website run and managed by Order of Work. Nothing is installed in, plugged into, or connected to your business systems, tools, or software.
- While your subscription is active and in good standing (including during an approved billing pause under Section 6), you have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use your assistant and program materials for your own cleaning business.
- When your subscription ends, for any reason, your access to the assistant ends with it.
- What stays yours: your business information, the customer relationships you build, and any cleaning contracts you win are yours to keep.
06.The Clean Sweep Guarantee
Work the leads. If the program doesn't bring you $5,000 of new cleaning business during the four-week pilot, the next 90 days are on us.
6.1The promise
If you follow the Growth Success Protocol described below and the leads and opportunities your AI assistant delivers during the pilot period do not generate at least $5,000 CAD in new booked revenue — more than 5x your $975 monthly fee — then your billing pauses and we keep working with you for free for up to 90 more days until they do — a $2,925 CAD value. You keep full access to the program during the pause and are not charged again until the growth shows up or the free period ends, whichever comes first. The free period applies only while you remain under $5,000 CAD in new booked revenue — once you reach it, your regular monthly rate resumes.
This guarantee is not a refund. All payments are final. The guarantee pauses your future billing; it does not return fees you have already paid (see Section 6.6).
New booked revenue means the value of new cleaning contracts signed with program leads during your guarantee window — one-off cleans at their contracted price, and recurring cleans at the first 3 months' contracted value. Signed is the measure — not cash collected or payments received: reaching $5,000 CAD does not depend on your customers having paid you, and collecting payment from your customers is your responsibility.
6.2Your part of the deal: the Growth Success Protocol
To activate the guarantee, you must have worked your leads. All four of the following must be true for every lead we delivered during your guarantee window:
- Same-day first contact. Reach out by phone or email the same business day the lead arrives. Leads arriving outside business hours count as arriving the next business morning.
- Five real attempts. At least 5 contact attempts within 14 days of receiving the lead, at least 1 of them a phone call.
- Same-day replies. When a lead responds during business hours (9 to 5 local time, Monday to Friday), reply the same business day.
- Quote the AI's number. When a lead asks for pricing, present the estimate your AI assistant prepared. You review estimates before they go out and final pricing is yours; if an estimate looks wrong, flag it and we will correct it with you.
6.3Proof you'll need
- Call records from your phone provider showing the date, time, and number dialed for each call. Third-party records only; screenshots of your own dialer or CRM do not qualify.
- Sent-email records or delivery receipts for each email attempt and same-day reply.
- Copies of the quotes you sent.
- A summary of new booked revenue from program leads, backed by invoices or signed agreements.
Keep these records as you go. Providing this proof is what activates the guarantee, and we cross-check claims against our own lead-delivery and assistant logs.
6.4How to claim
Email policy@orderofwork.com within 15 days after the pilot ends — by Tuesday, October 13, 2026 for this pilot — and include your records. We review complete claims within 30 days and may ask follow-up questions.
You are not charged while a claim is under review. If your claim is approved, the free period runs from the end of the pilot. If any fee is ever charged in error during a review, it is applied as a credit to your future billing; it is not refunded.
During a billing pause, you keep full access to the program: your assistant keeps working for you exactly as it did during the pilot, and your weekly support continues. The free period is the same program continued at no cost, not an expanded one; it does not include additional time, staff attention, or services. You must continue to follow the Growth Success Protocol and keep the records described in Section 6.3. The free period applies only until you reach $5,000 CAD in cumulative new booked revenue from program leads: the moment you reach it, the pause ends and your regular $975 CAD monthly rate kicks back in on your next billing date. If you haven't reached it after 90 days of free service, the pause ends there instead. You can cancel at any time during the pause and owe nothing further. The pause also ends early if you stop following the protocol or don't provide the verification described in Section 6.5.
6.5Verification during the free period
The free months run on trust, verified. To stay in a billing pause:
- Report monthly. Send an updated summary of new booked revenue from program leads each month, as described in Section 6.3.
- Back it with your systems. On request, provide system-generated reports from the tools where your bookings and revenue live — your accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), your booking or field-service platform (e.g., Jobber, Housecall Pro), or your invoicing and payment records — covering work from program leads. Reports must be exported directly from the system; hand-prepared spreadsheets do not qualify.
- Show us live if asked. We may ask for a brief screen-share walkthrough or time-limited, read-only access to those systems, limited to records relating to program leads.
- We cross-check. We compare your reports against our own lead-delivery and assistant logs, including the quotes and conversations your assistant handled.
We treat everything we see as confidential and use it only to administer the guarantee (see Section 8). If requested verification isn't provided within 10 business days, the pause ends and regular billing resumes. If verification shows your new booked revenue reached $5,000 CAD earlier than reported, billing resumes retroactively from your first billing date after you reached it, and those amounts become due.
6.6The fine print
- The guarantee applies to the pilot period only: August 31 to September 28, 2026.
- The remedy under this guarantee is paused billing and continued free service. All payments are final and no refunds are offered under this guarantee or these Terms; fees already paid to Order of Work Corp. are non-refundable.
- The billing pause is capped at 90 days of free service (a $2,925 CAD value). When the pause ends — because you reach $5,000 CAD in new booked revenue or the 90 days are used — regular billing resumes unless you cancel.
- One claim per company. First enrolment only. Not transferable.
- Your account must be in good standing, with fees paid on time and no breach of these Terms.
- Missing the Growth Success Protocol conditions on any lead, or submitting altered, falsified, or knowingly underreported records, voids the guarantee.
- The guarantee does not cover third-party costs like your phone service or advertising, or your own time.
- The Clean Sweep Guarantee is an obligation of Order of Work Corp. alone. ISSA Canada has no responsibility or liability for it or for delivering any sales or results.
- Cancelling your subscription ends the guarantee and any active billing pause.
- We may withdraw or change this guarantee for future signups. Once you're enrolled under it, your terms don't change.
07.Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information at checkout and onboarding.
- Work your leads promptly and professionally.
- You make the final call on pricing and you are responsible for the quotes you send, the commitments you make, the services you deliver to your customers, and collecting payment from them.
- Comply with the laws that apply to your outreach, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and telemarketing and do-not-call rules.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and within your company.
- Keep the records described in Section 6.3 if you want to be able to activate the Clean Sweep Guarantee.
08.Data, privacy, and AI processing
- Your data stays isolated. Each client's data, leads, and assistant configuration are kept separate from every other client's.
- AI model providers. Your assistant runs on third-party AI models. Depending on the model powering your assistant, your data may be processed by AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or others, solely to operate the service.
- No selling or sharing. We do not sell or share the private information you give the assistant with ISSA Canada or any other third party, apart from the AI model providers above and the service providers we need to run the program, such as payment processing through Stripe.
- Order of Work access. Our team can access your data and your assistant's activity to set up, support, and refine your assistant's results and to improve the program.
- Your own obligations. You are responsible for meeting the privacy and anti-spam obligations that apply to your own outreach and customer data, including under PIPEDA and CASL.
09.Acceptable use
- One company per subscription. Do not resell or transfer access outside your company.
- Do not copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the assistant, its prompts, workflows, or configurations.
- Use leads and program data only to win cleaning business for your own company.
- No unlawful, deceptive, or spam outreach through or alongside the program.
We may suspend or end access for misuse.
10.AI outputs
Your assistant's outputs, including leads, suggested estimates, and drafted messages, are generated by artificial intelligence and can contain errors or omissions. Suggested estimates are starting points, not appraisals. You are responsible for confirming final pricing and everything you send to a prospect. Nothing in the program is legal, financial, or professional advice.
11.Cancellation and termination
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. All payments are final: fees already paid are non-refundable, and no partial-month or other refunds are given.
- Cancelling during a billing pause under the Clean Sweep Guarantee ends the pause and the guarantee.
- We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, misuse of the program, or abuse of the guarantee.
- When your subscription ends, your access to the assistant, leads, and program materials ends as described in Section 5.
12.Disclaimers
Apart from the Clean Sweep Guarantee in Section 6, the program is provided "as is". We make no promise of any specific lead volume, conversion rate, or revenue outcome.
13.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Order of Work's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or lost profits. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Order of Work against claims arising from your outreach, your quotes, the services you provide to your customers, or your breach of these Terms.
15.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or within the program before it takes effect. Continuing to use the program after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
16.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.
